Tony Abbott and his dinosaurs have a "single story" - they plod along doing things the way they've always been done looking in the rear view mirror. Well, look closer Mr Abbott the GST introduced by John Howard was a new tax. It was a reorganisation of taxes. Is this not possible with the Emissions Trading Scheme? Look beyond the single story view.
